Have any recipe/cooking questions????

Please could you help me with a recipe for a fridge tart (refrigerator pie) that contains granadilla pulp and condensed milk? Actually it is for a friend of mine whose mother used to make it quite often. My friend's mother passed away a while back and unfortunately had never written the recipe down.
I have found a couple of recipes thru' google and the members of several other boards that I am a member of have also helped me out with a few. I would like to find as many recipes as possible...

ok I need some tried and true Bar recipes
recipes that can freeze and will not melt in the heat
the nursing home is having their pinic
so far I have pumpkin or carrot bars,just worried about the cream cheese frosting in the sun all day.
I found some but not sure how they will taste or if they freeze well..........
it will the residents and their families,plus the employees and their families.so I need alot of bars...uggggggggggggg.

I used to have a Jell-o recipe involving cream jell-o eggs. I can't find it anywhere. I can't find any recipes for jell-o cream eggs. And anyone remember those jello bars people used to make? The ones with the jello at the bottom and fluffy creamier jello on top? I can't find the recipe for that anymore either. :( I bought all these jello packs and can't find the recipes I wanna use.

Josh doesn't like a whole lot. He doesn't like spagghetti, mac & cheese, grilled cheese, hot dogs, chicken (unless it's mesquite grilled). It makes it tough for me to know what to buy and/or cook.
Here's what he does like: sloppy joes, lasagna, burgers, pancakes, porkchops.
He won't eat chili or beef stew of any kind. It's really tough and I can't be making the same things over and over again.

Also, "fast food" dinner ideas...not a lot of time for cooking right now, so anything we can throw together fast would be great!
