Party Tray Tips

* Meat can be shaved, sliced, rolled or chunked.

* Large fruits can be cut in a variety of shapes. Plan 1/2 cup
bite-size pieces for each serving.

* Prepare vegetables in advance and keep crisp in ice water until time to arrange on the tray. Drain them well before using.

* Serve moist foods on their own tray or in a separate container to make sure crackers and chips stay crisp.

* Garnish platters with sprigs of fresh herbs.
